1. Order Processing
Processing Time:
• All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping Rates:
• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Estimates:
• Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
o Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
o Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
o Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

3. Use of Print-on-Demand Service
Printful Integration:
• We use Printful, a print-on-demand service, for the production and fulfillment of certain products. This means that items are created as orders are placed, which can affect shipping times.
4. Shipping Times and Delivery
Printful Shipping Times:
• Our partner, Printful, handles the printing and shipping of some of our products. Printful's shipping time is added on top of the processing time. The estimated shipping times are as follows:
o USA: 3-4 business days
o Europe: 6-8 business days
o Canada: 6-10 business days
o Australia: 2-14 business days
o International: 10-20 business days
Please note that these times are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.
5. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
• No Backboard Basketball League ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
• Shipments to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses may take longer to deliver.
6. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
• No Backboard Basketball League is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
8. Damages
• No Backboard Basketball League is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

• We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
