Thank you for shopping with No Backboard Basketball League. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

1. Returns

Eligibility:

You have 10 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
o Gift cards
o Downloadable software products

2. Refunds

Process:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
The time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Partial Refunds:

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as items with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, or any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at help@nobackboard.com

4. Shipping

Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
